Joshua class have been inspired by the Gingerbread Man, with all their Discover and Do activities this week being linked to the story. Yesterday, the children were joined by Mr Ellis-Davis who mashed up the story with last week’s book about the Three Little Pigs.
Joshua class made boats out of tin foil and set their own gingerbread man off down the rapids. They then asked the question “crunchy or soggy?” Those children with crunchy biscuits were celebrated by their friends as it meant their boat let in no water!
The children then came up with ideas about what happened next to the Gingerbread Man.
